Veterinary Requirements

To ensure the health and safety of every feline guest:

  • Cats must have seen a veterinarian within the past year

  • Cats must be current on their Rabies vaccination

Appointment Confirmations, No-Shows & Cancellations

Our booking system sends reminders before your appointment.
To keep your slot, you must reply:

  • “C” to confirm

  • “X” to cancel

If you do not confirm at least 24 hours in advance, your appointment will be automatically canceled and a 50% service fee will apply.

Your cat’s appointment time is reserved just for them—thank you for respecting our schedule and fellow clients.

Drop-Off Policy

To keep the grooming experience low-stress and focused:

  • Please drop off and pick up your cat on time

  • Owners are asked not to remain during the session, as most cats relax better without their person present

  • In rare cases, we may ask you to stay if your cat needs extra emotional support

Late Arrival & Pickup

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to ensure we have enough time to complete the grooming properly.

  • Be ready to pick up promptly once grooming is complete

Fleas & Parasites

To protect all cats in our care:

  • Please treat your cat with a vet-recommended flea preventative before your appointment if needed

  • If fleas are discovered, grooming will stop immediately

  • You’ll be charged for the services performed

  • You’ll need to reschedule after treatment

Carrier Policy

All cats must arrive in a clean, secure carrier:

  • Only a clean towel should be inside

  • Remove all collars or clothing before arrival

This keeps your freshly groomed cat clean, safe, and calm.

Accepted Payments

We accept:

  • Credit Cards / Debit Cards

  • Checks

  • Venmo
